All items are final sale. Our jewelry is hand-made with natural materials and made to order. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our jewelry or gift cards. 

We only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All of our products are inspected before leaving our studio. Once you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately with photos of the item it has a manufacturing defect from us or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep in mind that we use natural materials from third-party manufacturers when creating our products and therefore there will be some natural imperfections that may be evident and therefore are not considered defects. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your faulty item photos, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, an outgoing shipping label will be emailed to you. Item must be returned within 7 days from receiving your purchase. Once we receive the item in its original packaging and unworn, a store credit will be provided. You can always contact us with any questions at info@naydadejesus.com.
