Shipping policy

United States and Territories

Our jewelry is hand-made and made to order in our studio in Los Angeles, California. Please allow up to 10 days for production before shipping. There may be additional delays because of COVID-19 logistics issues. Standard shipping orders are sent during normal business days Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Once the order is ready for delivery a notification email will be sent.

We ship to United States, using USPS and UPS, unless a different shipping service is requested by buyer. We will update your listing with the tracking number as soon as the item leaves our studio. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our studio and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
