Revised Returns & Order Issues Policy Text

All items are final sale. Each piece of jewelry from Nayda De Jesus is handmade to order using natural materials. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges on jewelry or gift cards.

Order Cancellations:
Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.

Product Images & Color Accuracy:
We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee exact color representation due to variations in monitor displays.

Order Issues & Defective Items:
Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you received the wrong item or believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@naydadejesus.com with photos of the item.

Please note that our products use natural materials sourced from third-party suppliers, so slight variations or imperfections are normal and not considered defects.

If your request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging and unworn. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit if the issue is validated.
